Core, legs, balance, strength, endurance training, cardio... Stand up paddling is good for just about everything on your fitness list in a far more stimulating setting than a gym room.
It has the potential to be an incredible work out, or a leisurely means of navigation, and one of the best ways to see the beautiful coves and nature preserves of Long Island.

Paddle sessions take place on the calm bay waters anywhere between Peconic and Fort Pond Bays. If you are experienced on SUP boards and would like to go oceanside, let us know!
